COLSA Corporation Army Metering Program (AMP) Privatized Utility Program Analyst in Huntsville, Alabama
General Summary
Provides technical, consultative, and administrative services across a broad range of functional disciplines related to Army Materiel Command Army Metering Program (AMP) Privatized Utility Program. Assists the customer in effectiveness and efficiency of military related operations, resources, and programs to include planning, resource management, pricing, and metrics development.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Collects data from databases, web-based sources and tools, industry reports, public information, and/or internal sources related to AMP Privatized Utility Program.
Ensures information meets or exceeds customer expectations.
Investigates current practices and leads brainstorming sessions to develop potential solutions for areas to improve current implementations to AMP Privatized Utility business processes.
Translates AMP Privatized Utility data into valuable insights for operational decision-making and strategic planning.
Provides direction to team which prepares reports, dashboards, and graphic illustrations of findings.
May collaborate with functional areas to develop and maintain performance metrics, measurements, methods, and targets.
Presents findings to general officers and senior executive staff and internal stakeholders.
Makes recommendations based on an understanding of the Department of Defense, Department of the Army, and Army Materiel Command’s strategy and stakeholder needs.
Leads working groups, in process reviews, program management reviews which includes Department of Defense, Department of the Army, and Army Materiel Command stakeholders.
Prepares senior-level presentations that communicate the as-is and the to-be states and clearly demonstrates business value to be gained from an improvement.

Required SkillsRequired Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or other technical discipline, or related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 7-9 years of related experience
Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret security clearance; US citizenship required
Working knowledge of desktop applications including word processing, spreadsheet, and database software packages
Ability to work on-site at HQAMC BLDG 4400
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of a DoD Secret clearance
Experience with scheduling
Expert Excel experience
Experience developing CVS files
