COLSA is seeking Business Support Administrator who possesses a background in Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance. You could be the critical missing piece to our team! In this exciting role, you will provide support to the 45 Test Squadron (45 TS) – Space, Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Flight, Distributed Common Ground Station (DCGS) Developmental Test and Evaluation (DT&E)Test Team at Eglin AFB Florida. This support includes the following:

  • Assist test engineers supporting ISR test planning, execution, and reporting

  • Assist with collecting, processing, and reducing data in preparation for analysis and reporting

  • Support database management and collection by monitoring test data collection points

  • Provide administrative support to test meetings and briefings (e.g.; system teleconferences, test readiness reviews (TRR), daily hot wash and final out briefs

  • Assist in obtaining and delivering test data to agencies

  • Prepare documentation and briefing materials as required to support meetings

  • Perform correspondence management, response preparation, and tracking of tasks assigned to DCGS Test Team

  • Coordinate with flight leadership and test engineers for tasks with deadlines, identified issues, and action items

  • Perform technical and editorial review, process, coordinate test documentation to include test plans, test concepts of operation (CONOPS) and test reports.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings including conference rooms and conference call numbers.

  • Maintain test event schedules and calendars for DCGS Test Team programs.

Experience

One of the following combinations is required: Bachelor’s degree and 0-3 years of applicable experience -OR- Associate’s Degree and 4 years of applicable experience -OR- HS Diploma or Equivalent and 6 years of applicable experience.

  • Highly proficient with office administrative details and procedures

  • Strong computer skills including use of MS Office applications

  • Demonstrated capability managing and organizing work priorities

  • Proficient in writing and handling business correspondence

  • Effective communication skills in areas of technical writing and briefings

  • Position in includes opportunities to travel up to 25 percent to OCONUS and CONUS locations

  • Occasional extended work hour opportunities

  • Possesses a Secret security clearance upon application with eligibility to obtain a Top Secret security clearance with Special Compartmented Information access

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience using Adobe Acrobat Pro (e.g.; create PDFs, forms, export)

  • Experience working with developmental or operational test organizations

  • Knowledge of IT systems and emerging technologies in a development environment

  • Possesses a Top Secret security clearance with Special Compartmented Information access upon application
